The daycare system is provided by:

These terms apply to authorized use of the daycare system. The service is operated primarily in Finland and is governed by applicable Finnish law.

2. Authorized use

Users may use the system only through an account and role made available to them by an authorized organization or administrator.

Users must:

• keep their login credentials secure;
• use only information they are authorized to access;
• provide accurate information where reasonably required;
• notify the relevant administrator if they suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Accounts and access rights may not be shared with unauthorized persons.

3. User content and conduct

Users are responsible for the content they enter or upload.

Users must not publish, send, or upload content that:

• violates applicable law;
• infringes another person’s rights;
• is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or intentionally offensive;
• unlawfully reveals confidential or personal information;
• contains malicious software or attempts to interfere with the service;
• is unrelated to the legitimate daycare-related purpose of the system.

Users must communicate respectfully and follow good manners.

Content may be restricted or removed, and access may be suspended, where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, or prevent misuse.

4. Service development and availability

The service is still under active development. Features, layouts, and technical operation may change.

Palmgren Games Oy makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, secure, and functional. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, faults, security incidents, external service failures, or other exceptional circumstances.

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Preservation of data

Palmgren Games Oy makes reasonable efforts to preserve data and maintain appropriate safeguards and backups.

In rare exceptional or unforeseeable circumstances, some content may be lost or deleted. Data loss does not by itself mean that information has been disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Users and affected organizations will be informed when notification is required or reasonably appropriate.

Users should retain separate copies of information that they are independently required to preserve.

6. Responsibility

Users are responsible for lawful and appropriate use of the system and for the content they submit.

Palmgren Games Oy is responsible for the service only to the extent required by applicable law and any applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Palmgren Games Oy is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by unauthorized or improper use, or disruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice available through the login page.

8. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the service develops or applicable requirements change.

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account is no longer authorized, where required by the relevant organization, where the terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, or where restriction is necessary for security or legal compliance.
